Thanks for the reply Ladybug,

Being a software engineer, I am aware of the process of elimination and I
try my best to rule out all possibilities before I ask for help.

In saying that, this error is not a client side issue. It is definitely
server related and all the possibilities you mentioned have been ruled out.

This error occurs from any client and/or machine that tries to view WebMail.
To clarify, when viewing the source, there are definately NO spaces or
Carriage returns between the aliases when looking at the TEXTAREA tag.

As an example, the Aliases listed in the IMail Administrator would looke
like...

alias1
alias2
alias3

When viewed in WebMail, with it all pushed together, the resulting TEXTAREA
tag looks like this...

<textarea rows="6" cols="60"
name="destination">alias1alias2alias3</textarea>

Font would have nothing to do with it, you can't specify font type within a
TEXTAREA anyway, unless you were using CSS, which this page isn't.

Now that I have eliminated what it isn't, I still ask has anyone else seen
this problem at all?

Thanks again for your suggestions.

Brandon.

The first thing to check with any display issue is to test on
anothercomputer.

Try another browser (using Netscape then test with IE). Check the text size
in the browser. Make the text larger or smaller.

Look at the source for the page (in IE VIEW/SOURCE) and see what fonts it is
looking for) If you don't have those fonts installed windows will choose for
you and may choose something unplesant.

If you have a large screen with high resolution try a lower resolution 800 x
600).

The key to troubleshooting is to eliminate the things that it isn't. Once
you know what it isn't then you have a better chance of understanding what
the problem really is.
