If you want to do both, just set up school.net as an alias.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Changing domain name
I am not an IT professional, but amongst other duties I try to keep the
network running in a school.
Using iMail v5
Our ISP currently collects and forwards mail to (for example)
[EMAIL PROTECTED] The iMail server is set up for mail.school.sch.uk
Because of changes in the rules for .sch.uk adresses we have to change our
domain and email name.
I have registered e.g. school.net and our ISP is currently hosting the new
domain and has set up the systems forwarding email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] to our
iMail server.
Could anyone give help/advice as to how we can change smoothly over from
mail.sch.uk to mail.sch.net, hopefully directing mail from both accounts to
the users (we use the NT user option for accounts).
I have received conflicting advice from Ipswitch and our ISP, so would
appreciate any email from administrators who have carried out a similar
exercise.
Clive
