I just installed an external database to see if I prefer this over the other
options.
I get this error
An error occurred in Web Messaging.
ErrorCode: 8004020a
Contact your system administrator.
How can I look up this error number? I did a search on the Ipswitch
Knowledge Base but it did not find anything.
What are the pros and cons of using external database versus Imail database?
