Going to upgrade to
7.02 this weekend ...we are using Access for are external db. I see there is a
problem with that I.e..Imail can't add the new fields into access. I know I
could add them then upgrade but I through now is the time to change if we are
going to. So what is best! ....I only have 350 user and allot of mailing
list...we do about 10,000 email a day.
Here is what I
through.
1. Go to imail
internal db ( I hate things stored reg if they don't have to
be)
2. Use MSDE for
there external db ....We already use MSDE for are website to store info (250
concurrent users and a 2gb limit is enough for now. $5K per cpu to M$
is going to wait)
3. Put access2000 on
that system ...Does 2000 have the same problem as 97?
Any ideas are
