Nothing weird about this one. It just means that IMail couldn't connect to
any of the computers listed in the MX records for the domain. The "MX
connect fail" means that a specific server couldn't be reached (which will
appear in the logs once for each MX record that IMail tries); the "Stack
connect fail" shows up when all MX records have been tried.

It's not because of message refusal. It just means that their servers are
down or unreachable. It's a common even for hotmail.com and yahoo.com and
a few others.
