No this is the hotfix to the patch that patches the problems with the
original patch. ;-)

Hotfix
1. The hotfix is for purchased versions of 7.02 only. If you have a
prior
version of 7.0 please upgrade to 7.02 before applying the hotfix. You

download the hotfix from:

This hotfix for IMail Server 7.02 does the following:
- Resolves an issue that could cause the list server to generate blank
messages
- Closes a security hole in IMAP4
- Improves performance of POP3 and SMTP
- Fixes a crash in Web Messaging
