In v6.x these were set for each domain and the settings would apply to each
user in the domain, unless individual settings were entered for the user.
There was no way to set the defaults to apply to all domains at once, at
least not from the GUI.
Haven't worked with v7.x though.

We've just implemented imail v7.02 and we would like to set up default
settings for all virtual domains concerning max. mailbox size, max. message
size and so on.
We've not been able to find anything yet to get this changed.
Is there anyone who knows how to get these settings filled in by default??
