What if you delete that user or the one right after it? Does the full list
load?

Subject: [IMail Forum] IMail v7.02 - Come on now!
Importance: High

My frustration level is @ it's highest yet! All of the sudden, now when I
go into my IMail admin and expand the server list... I get a listing of all
virtual domains (7) 6 of which each use their own IMail DB with all the
correct users. Next I click on my 1 virtual that uses the NT DB (Win2k
Active Directory) and only the very first user shows up, out of around 2500.
I've refreshed the tree, stopped/restarted all services, rebooted, done a
rain dance, and I get Nothing more than the 1 lonely user! The best part of
it is that I was just in here yesterday and I could see all 2500 users,
modify attributes, etc, and now I only see 1. Oh and by the way, the other
2499 accounts can still login and receive mail via WWW/POP3+SMTP so the
accounts still exist and work but IMail Administrator just can't see them.

Not to mention I am still having problems with Win2k Active Directory and
IMail allowing random users to authenticate. Although I've already talked
to IPSwitch and they are working on a patch/HotFix. BTW - I've already read
their KB article and I'm not running MS SMTP or IMail LDAP so that's not it
but I wish it were that simple.
