These are the key error messages, and they indicate why the E-mail is not 
being delivered.

As a first step, I would suggest getting rid of any size restrictions that 
you may have (and then stop/restart the SMTP service), to see if that takes 
care of the problem.  If so, mail will be flowing again, and you can then 
start experimenting with the settings to see why the mailboxes appear to be 
too large.
