As long as you don't have IIS installed on the box you don't need the patch.
We run our Imail on a box that is NT Workstation 4.0, Imail 7.02, Declude
and F-Prot.
That is all that is on it. Very save from these hacks.

I know this seems like a silly question...but if you are using IMail on
a separate server from the one serving images via IIS, do you need to
worry about the patch on the IMail server?...
