I don't either. Before I started using Declude I was blocking everything
that you are plus .exe . I got a little negative feedback from customers
about it but not too much. I finally decided to go to real virus scanning
because it seemed like there was something new to block and I always seemed
to get it done after the first few thousand got through. I've found out
since then that very few of my customers ever updated their virus
definitions because even though a reminder is in our welcome packet, we've
sent out emails about it and I'm sure it's in the docs for almost all virus
scanners most of them never bothered to read it. Now that they're getting
notified by Declude they're starting to pay attention. Customer feedback has
been very positive on the new virus scanning. I haven't gotten the first
complaint about it.
