You may be setting yourself up for problems. What if mail sent to support2
doesn't get answered. Off today, sick, lunch, etc. Better to have mail feed
something programatically that all support folks access and gives you some
tracking. Using a program alias you could populate a database. With a web
interface support perople could access the next problem and assign their ID.
