Have you tried disabling security for a couple of minutes and see if your 
security settings are an issue?
I don't think they are but it is worth a shot.  You say the options do not 
work.. do they give you an error message of some sort?  What result do you get?

Once we know what happens, we may be able to point you to a better answer.
