Welcome to the world of Ipswitch .. We have had nothing but major
problems with this v7.02 .. I sure hope they come out with a fix soon or
we will be forced to move back to v6.06 and ask for our monies back on
v7.0x .. Its worthless at this point to us as we can not move forward
with a product that will not run for more than 24hrs with out someone
have to take action to restart it ..

Hello
I have a problem
When users enter webmail and read or compose their e-mails suddenly my
webmail programm crashes (iwebmsg.exe) and dr.watson showes the message
that the programm as mentioned before has crashed.
I never had this problem with the old version 6.06 - but I do have it
since I use the new version 7.02.
Configuration:
Intel PIII 500 mhz
396 MB RAM
Win NT 4.0 SP 6a
IMail 7.02 incl. Hotfix
HKSI Webtemplates 2.01
Do you have an idea how this problem can be solved?
