Come on Ipswitch, I've told you about this at least 3 times over the past 6 
months.  And, I said the next time I would post it to the list

The secondary MX record for list.ipswitch.com does NOT accept mail for 
list.ipswitch.com .  This is EXTREMELY unprofessional.  It looks like an 
amateur set up your mail server.  If Ipswitch doesn't know how to set up 
IMail as a backup mail server, how can others be expected to?

Sorry for the harsh post, but I've been very busy lately, and don't have 
the time to keep re-posting messages because IMail can't fix a very basic 
problem.
