This has to do with the version of IE or Netscape that the user is using.
You can add all versions to Imail, see instructions at link below

Hey gang,
I'm having a weird problem with attachments. Whenever someone tries to send
an attachment from webmail, it does one of two things:
1) it just won't attach, you browse the file, click 'attach', and it just
dissappears.
2) you attach the file, it attaches okay, then when you send it, it says it
can't attach file, but it still sends the email. Then when it shows up at
the recipient's end, it shows the file as being there, but it's usually
corrupted.
Any ideas, anyone?
