Switch to Microsoft Exchange. Shared Address books (Contacts) shared
calendars, shared public and private folders, shared tasks, multiple shared
access to the same mailbox from different desktops.
Oh... did you mean only using IMail? I have not found a way to do that on my
IMail system.
