"You" meaning the IMGate machine, or the IMail server?  Those are two very 
different problems, with two different ways of solving them.

If you use "Relay for Addresses", you're pretty safe (unless the ORDB 
tester was coming from one of those IP ranges, it should be blocked).

That's your IMail server, so you only need to concentrate on the IMail 
server (unless you have reason to believe the IMGate machine is open, too).

You'll need to look at the IMail logs to find out.  I just checked, and 
you're closed to basic relaying (although it's possible an old obscure 
method of routing could be used).  The IMail logs will show you whether or 
not this really happened, and if so, how the E-mail was addressed.
