Hi, I've recently migrated to IMail 7.03 from Mercury/Netware. Since my mail administrator has never touched IMail before, I'm trying to come up with some instructions on how to do all of his daily tasks via the web interface on IMail. I wanted to have all user and list administration be done via the :8383 interface since it's the cleanest. But I'm finding a couple things that aren't available via this interface like users' "Reply To" address and "Forwarding" address. But these fields ARE available from the :8181 admin interface. If that weren't annoying enough, I've also found list management details that aren't available on either interface like the list Owner email address. There might be more, but these are the ones that keep my mail administrator from using one interface for all daily duties. Looks like he might have to use both web interfaces, AND the console interface to simply add/delete/manage users and lists! That stinks. Can anyone either 1) Point out where these might be on the :8383 interface in case I'm completely blind, or 2) Tell me how I might add them to the :8383 templates if possible? I've modified templates before and tried simply adding "<!--IMAIL.ForwardFileContents-->" (stolen from the personal forward change template) in an imput box, but it doesn't seem to be that easy.
