Scott does stand by his 30 day money back guarantee.  We bought the lite version of 
the anti-spam software (smart getting rid of that version) and decided it wouldn't 
work and did not have the cash on hand for the more robust versions.  

Scott refunded the charge in the same period as the charge was placed.  No questions, 
no problems and lots of helpful advice.  I am actually purchasing the standard version 
in the next hour or so.
