Your DNS servers aren't reachable. 63.150.212.162 and 63.150.212.163
aren't reachable from the Internet; there is a routing error. A tracert
shows packets getting stuck somewhere at Qwest (205.171.27.1 and
205.171.27.2 keep sending the packet back and forth to each other).
That means that nobody will be able to reach any domains hosted by just
those two servers. That's one reason it's a good idea to have your DNS
servers on two separate networks.
