Unfortunately I'm running W2k server, maybe the same bug from
NT4 ?
Actually I restarted last night for other updates and it was
still "down".

If you are running on an NT 4.0 machine this
happens from time to time. If you were to logoff and log back on as
administrator it would show them running. It is a quirk with NT.

This just started happening the other day the Imail
monitor says that all services are down
but they all work. ( ok don't fix what's not broke ) but
it would be nice to check on the services once in a
while...........
