Hi,

Anybody out there having the user mail homes on seperate volumes and
web messaging working ok?

szenario:
 - IMAILServer 7.03 on a Windows 2000 (Member) Server in a Windows
2000 AD Domain
- IMAIL Services running on a Domain Account named IMAILServer,
member of the local admin group, granted the SE_TCB_NAME priviledge
IMAIL directories distributed on different volumes
  TopDir: D:\IMAIL
  SpoolDir: Q:\IMAIL\spool
  UsersDir: H:\IMAIL\users
- User Database on an external MS SQL Server 2000 database on a
different machine
- ODBCUSER modified to authenticate against the Windows 2000 Domain,

Having more than 10.000 users in one domain, we have a two-tier
directory structure for the user mail homes and we prefer to seperate
IMAILServer program data from queue files as well as user emails.

On our 7.03 Test System web messaging works only for users granted
the IMAIL system administrator priviledge. Without this priviledge,
only housekeeping stuff like setting forwards etc. works, but not the
real message processing - reading, writing, .. - stuff.
