Actually, it's the link that was posted originally.  I missed it the first 
time, because I saw the "IMail - will not accept & in usernames", and 
assumed that the article just explained why.  In reality, that's the 
article that says "Yes, IMail will accept & in usernames, if you do such 
and such".
