We are an ISP and was wondering if anyone else is having this problem. If so how did you correct it.
We currently have IMail 7.02 and within the last week have been getting calls from customers on a constant basis telling us that when they send an email to @msn.com it comes back to them. We have them fwd to our hostmaster and every one of them has failed 20 attempts.
We called MSN not much help. They would not give a number or email for noc nor let us talk to a supervisor.
All they could tell us is to check port 25 security or our mail server has been hijacked.
Do not think it has been hijacked as our bandwidth monitoring has stayed the same.
Plus we are getting customers calling in more and more about can not find mail.rjsonline.net within their client software.
We have mail relay set to local users only.
Have about 2000 mail accounts and about 100 virtual mail domains on this system.
Anyone got any sugestions or have run into this.
Thanks.
