We use Imail v6.06 to serve mail to our internal mail and about 100 virtual
domains. One of our customers is moving their email to an internal Exchange
server and we are interested in spooling mail for them in the case their
server is down.

I read the kb articles about this. From what I read this is what I believe
I need to do:

1. Setup an MX record with a lower priority pointing to our Imail server.
2. Add their Domain info in the NT host file.
3. Add their IP address to allow mail relay.

But what I don't know, is if I need to add a virtual domain for them or how
I would set it up. Does Imail automatically know to hold the mail? It
can't be that easy. Has anyone done this?
