[IMail Forum] Outgoing Mail

I have a new hosting client who cannot send email out. It says

ERR mail.mydomain.com invalid user <[EMAIL PROTECTED]

The email address that is being emailed [EMAIL PROTECTED] is not a user on
my network of coarse. Not sure why it would say that.

Any ideas?
