As I said, lots of people will reply with their guesses. Fact: It *was*
shut down shortly after a lawsuit. Fact: Alan did NOT say that it was
shut down because of the lawsuit. Fact: I still haven't seen any
indication (from a reliable source, not a "guesser") that it was shut down
by a court.
If you can't site a URL of a reliable source, your response falls into the
"guesses" and "rumors" category.
