A customer is accessing our Web mail with the mail client included with OS
X. All the messages show as read -- even after he reads them. Well, during
the session he is in, they will become indicated as read. But, if he exits
the mail client and then restarts it, all message are again noted as unread.
He has also tried Netscape 6.1 for OS X and sees the same thing.
Has anyone else seen this? As far as I know, he is the only client that I
have using OS X and the Web templates. Oh, and these are the 1.6 Classic
templates from HKS -- though, I don't think that the templates are to blame.
