W2K can support more users in the registry (only matters when you're
over 10,000+) and TCP/IP stack might be 15% or so faster (depends on
who you talk to). If you are upgrading hardware significantly, why not
enjoy the benefits therein and just use your existing NT license and
save a hundred bucks?
