We've been running IMail for almost a year in production, and this is the
first time we've had to mess with it...and tha'ts only because of the nimda
virus.  I'd call that pretty reliable.

servers, how bad are the other applications?

I server app, which needs interaction every 3-5 days is unacceptable. The
ldap server is bad, the IMAP server is very buggy, POP3 has errors.
