In each of your hosted domains make sure there is a "Web" folder. Copy the
entire contents of the template directory into the created web directory.
When completed you domain directories should have the following directories
if you have lists and web mail implemented:
LDAP
USERS
WEB
LISTS
If you do not have lists then the other three will be there.
