yes, rules' top level is per-domain, not per-server.
this is yet-another advantage of IMGate, filtering is per-server (all
domains), and you can also define a "restriction class" to fine tune it to
below per-server level. you can also do per-user restrictions.
and the filtering is done on IMGate, so you're Imail server doesn�t get
bogged down reading a 4000-line .ima file for incoming msg.
