I got caught off guard when I pushed for SMTP Authentication. We tested it,
enabled it and then got a ton of phone calls. A lot from Mac users. I had
forgotten that Macs still existed.

Some IMail servers that we have seem to have SMTP Authentication problem
when they get busy with other things. Then we have to stop and start SMTP
service and everything works again for a while.

I have been there too..... there is suck limited support for the mac stuff -
but there is enough out there though... (macs)
