I would like to setup our mail server to be the secondary MX for one of our customers domain. Normally, mail will go directly to their Exchange server, but if their server is down, secondary MX will direct it to our Imail SMTP server. Does someone have a concise set of directions on how to set this up? Right now, we can use a static IP for our client, but I would also appreciate the info on how to do this when they only have a dynamic address.
