[IMail Forum] Arcserve and IMail: Problems working together ?

Hi list, we have a strange phenomen:   When running a backup tool from CA (Cheyenne Arcserve) (Doing the real backup, not being in the standby) a short access via http://www.domain.com:8383 on the Imail-Web-Gateway service let the machine freeze !! Nothing (no services) work anymore. We have to reboot the machine. No access via mouseklick can be made.   Strangely enough it looks as if it happens only when you do the access on port 8383 via a Netscape (4.x) browser.   Does anybody have any idea what can cause this ?   Server-OS: MS NT 4 Server, SP6a Mail-Server: IMail 6.06 Backup-Server: Cheyenne Arcserve, NT Version 6.5   Thanks in advance.   Uwe
