Mike,

Try using the freeware product TCPRelay.  It allows you to set up TCP
listeners and forwarders for specific IP addresses. It runs as a service on
NT/2000.

Since the IMail web service seems to grab port 80 on all IPs, I would change
your regular NT web server to a different port on a specific IP and then use
TCP relay to forward normal (non IMail) web requests to your NT web server
IP/Port.
