basically for this one, A restaurant is having a grand opening and is
requiring you to RSVP to a certain mailbox.  They want to reply back to the
person with directions to the party along with a jpg or gif map.  But it had
come up multiple times for many other reasons in the past

You  can  use  Rules  with  Program Aliases to do this kind of work by
passing  the  eligible e-mails to them and parsing the text to extract
the sender and return a preset attachment.

Did  I say *I* have done this exact thing? Nope, not yet. I'll work up
a  demo  tomorrow  if I can grab a minute. Without a doubt, though, it
can  be  done.

Actually,  why  don't you write back if you want to go ahead with this
and  also  give us a clue as to your application of the functionality.
