Ruben, on the machine we installed 7.03 on, we dragged and dropped all of the mail boxes over to the machine and unintentionally overwrote the web messaging folder. when you log into web messaging, look at the text and the graphic and see if either one of them says 6.3 Or any other version besides 7.04. The fix we did was just drag the web messaging Classic templates folder from the CD onto our drive and we could delete, forward and reply.
