A lot of people just aren't getting copies of the virus sent to them
through E-mail. It seems that it is spreading almost entirely through
vulnerable web servers (using GET requests via HTTP), vulnerable web
clients (using Javascript to download the readme.eml file), and through
file shares.
FYI, the subject for the E-mails (that I've seen at least) are "garbage",
clearly looking out of place and not something that someone had
intentionally written as a subject. I'm guessing that's one of the main
reasons why it isn't spreading much via E-mail.
