- How fast are the users' uplinks to the server? - Are they on your LAN? If not, can you create an OE profile on a workstation that is at LAN speed (leaving messages on the server) and download them successfully?
- If you send them new messages, do they "budge" in front of the old ones and get downloaded? - How large are the messages in Imail on the server?
