We've started having a huge problem with corrupted email attachments. At first it was AWD files but now I'm getting reports from all over the country about numerous formats like Excel, JPEG, etc. that cannot be opened if they were handled by our IMail 7.04. Contacted Ipswitch Tech Support but no response. Tried re-applying Microsoft's SP6a, SRP and cumulative patch. No luck. Please, can anyone advise? Thanks in advance.
