The other name for that is "Relay Mail for All Spammers who are Willing to

You are quite lucky.

You're allowing spammers to use your mail server for free, but on the
condition that they forge a return address on your domain. Lots of
spammers probably skip over your server because of that, but sooner or
later they will start using it. And then you'll know why "Relay for Local
Hosts" is such a bad option: Not only will you deal with the normal
problems of a spam attack, but you'll also receive tons of "hate mail"
because the *receipients* of the spam will think that *you* sent it to them.
Use "Relay for Addresses" or "No Mail Relay" and you'll be all set.
