It seems most people in this group use Declude with F-Prot. Others including myself use Symantec's Antivirus for SMTP Gateways. Both are very good.
Declude integrates with Imail, while Symantec is not tied to any product, and runs on a separate server, although it can run on the same server as your Imail with some tweeking.
