Unfortunately, that doesn't give a clue as to the problem. It just means
that the Unix server can't deliver the mail to the user. Are you getting
complaints from someone? It may be best just to stop sending to that user,
if they can't accept your mail without a reason.

It looks like you are listed in ORDB. It's harder for me to tell now that
Ipswitch is listed in one of the spam databases. Before that, I could
easily tell who was listed where, even though your mail passes through the
Ipswitch server.
