If your using IE: Goto Tools|Internet Options - Advanced tab, then look for
"Reuse windows for launching shortcuts" and uncheck. This will cause all
"launch" activities to occur in a new window, while "browse" activities
remain in the current window. This is system wide for all IE windows.

Is there a way to open a link that is attached to an email in a separate
window, without having to right click on the link and click open in new
window?
