Yes, I've got an idea about this one:

That's Microsoft. Outlook or Exchange isn't set up properly. It could be
Outlook on the sender's computer (thinking it has to connect to an Exchange
server to send mail to this person), or Exchange on the receiving end
thinking it shouldn't use standard SMTP. It shouldn't have anything to do
with IMail.
