The format of the Web Messaging address book is: Full Name without quotes, <email@dress>
For example: John Smith,<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Bill Clinton,<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Osama Bin Ladden,<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> All this is stored in the user's folder along with their mailbox files with the filename aliases.txt What I've done in the past is to convert the outlook address book to a .CSV file and use text editors and/or Excel to edit the data. Excel can actually read in .csv files and then you can remove unnecessary columns. Excel will then wrap everything in quotes. Wordpad vs. Notepad has a perform find and replace function. Good Luck. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ekrem Musannif" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Wednesday, November 14, 2001 4:44 PM Subject: [IMail Forum] Outlook Calendar Share?
