Yes. Just use a space between them: "192.168.10.1 192.168.10.4", for example.

I'm guessing they think that some people would like the flexibility,
perhaps there are some people who do not want to use the same DNS servers
for mail as they do for other functions of the server. I can't think of a
good reason offhand why this would be useful, but I'm sure someone out
there thinks so.
