just make an exceptirion for that and other valid addresses:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] OK
mx1.netdotcom.com REJECT

I'm pretty sure that will work. not tested.

check_recipient_access doesn't look at the body, only the  RCPT TO: 
recipient @recipientdomain.
